Hiring: Head of Sales & P&L – Data Analytics / BI Dashboards

📍 Location: Hyderabad

A fast-growing data analytics & AI solutions company is looking for a dynamic leader to own revenue, profitability, and growth. This role will drive enterprise sales, build high-performing teams, and manage the full P&L for our analytics & dashboard business.

What you’ll do:

Lead sales strategy & GTM for BI/Analytics solutions

Own P&L – revenue, margins, profitability

Build & mentor sales and account management teams

Drive enterprise deals & CXO-level relationships

Track KPIs: pipeline, win rates, retention, profitability

What we’re looking for:

10–15 yrs experience in enterprise tech sales (analytics / BI / AI preferred)

Proven track record in owning P&L/revenue responsibility

Strong negotiation, stakeholder & team leadership skills

MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
