As a key member of our team at ThunderPlus, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks to support our recruitment efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking, and managing the entire recruitment process from resume screening to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring. In addition to these core duties, you will also be tasked with maintaining applicant data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contributing to our employer branding efforts. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics to help us continually improve our processes and outcomes. Moreover, building and nurturing relationships with candidates and industry professionals will be an integral part of your role.
