Jr. Business Development Executive

We are hiring a Junior Business Development Associate to support our growth in the electric mobility space. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B or B2G sales, with strong communication skills and an ability to identify and convert high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and convert B2B/B2G leads in the EV infrastructure space
• Support end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
• Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Provide on-site support for client meetings, site evaluations, or partnership activations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and support on-site requirements
• Experience in EV, infrastructure, or industrial sales is a plus
