They provide support to both employees and management, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations within the organization. The HR Executive handles a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. (IT Knowledge is preferred) Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
