As a Junior Business Development Executive at Unified, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company by driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. - Managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to account management. - Developing sales pipelines through targeted cold approaches via calls, emails, and social outreach. - Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and submitting proposals on bidding platforms. - Maintaining CRM integrity and participating in networking events. - Creating sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and agreements. - Building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Staying updated on the company's latest projects and offerings to provide innovative solutions to customers. - Submitting reports on work performance and designated metrics. We are looking for a candidate with: - 0.5 - 2 years of experience in business development in the IT services domain. - Experience in dealing with businesses across North America and Europe. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in crafting and delivering professional presentations. - Hands-on experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs. - Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel. - Strong cold-calling, email, and social outreach abilities. - Knowledge of software development and IT services industry trends. - Attention to detail and a drive for perfection.
