As a Pre-Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will includecollaborating closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to definerequirements, draft proposals, and manage pre-sales activities while ensuring qualityproduct delivery from the functional side. You will drive the end-to-end process ofcapturing business requirements, preparing technical solutions, and leading theproposal preparation for prospective clients.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical analysis and client-facingpre-sales activities. You will be a vital part of a dynamic team, helping to identify newbusiness opportunities and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of diverseindustries. Key Responsibilities:1. Pre-Sales Management:o Oversee and drive end-to-end presales activities, includingcoordinating with internal teams to create and deliver proposaldocuments (RFI/RFP/RFQ).o Manage and facilitate discussions with clients to gather requirements,analyze business needs, and create solutions that align with bothtechnical and business goals.o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that client expectations anddeadlines are met, while also aligning internal technical resources foraccurate estimation and planning.o Review and refine proposal documentation, ensuring alignment withclient requirements and company capabilities.o Manage the creation and validation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) asneeded to demonstrate the feasibility of solutions.o Support sales managers with project planning, status reporting, andtracking of proposals. 2. Business Analysis (BA):o Independently gather and analyze business requirements, workingclosely with business owners and subject matter experts to translatethose needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.o Define features, scope, and user flows for applications, and documentrequirements clearly for technical teams.o Perform gap analysis and document discrepancies between currentcapabilities and business needs.o Ensure that the proposed solution addresses all business needs,usability, performance, and feasibility concerns.o Maintain and update business descriptions, such as Epic Mapping,user flows, and relevant documentation.o Conduct research on business needs, industries, and market fit tosupport proposal development.o Create wireframes and other supporting materials as needed tocommunicate user requirements effectively. 3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:o Act as a liaison between clients, business units, and technology teamsto ensure a smooth flow of information and alignment on project goals.o Organize and facilitate pre-sales meetings and workshops with clients,gathering input and feedback to refine requirements.o Ensure the creation and management of high-quality, detaileddocumentation, including functional specifications, user stories, andother relevant artifacts.o Lead internal meetings to review proposals, validate requirements, andconfirm solutions. 4. Project Estimation and Validation:o Lead the estimation process for presales opportunities, collaboratingwith technical teams to define timeframes, resources, and costs.o Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for approvals of proposals andestimations.o Ensure that the requirements captured during pre-sales are validatedduring the development phase. Desired Experience:1. 6+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Business Analyst or SolutionConsultant for web and mobile IT products.2. Extensive experience in Pre-Sales management, including leading proposalpreparation and managing client relationships during the pre-sales process.3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs andtranslate them into clear functional and technical requirements.4. Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating crossfunctional teams to deliver quality solutions on time.5. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, both technically andnon-technically.6. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and collaborationskills.7. Knowledge of various industries and an openness to researching andadapting to new markets.8. Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio, Excel, Word, and PPT fordocumentation and presentation purposes. Job Requirements: Strong understanding of how to create business cases and estimates forpresales opportunities, including writing and presenting proposals. Ability to manage multiple presales opportunities simultaneously whileensuring that each client’s needs are met. Analytical and highly organized, with excellent verbal and writtencommunication abilities. Experience with wireframing, user flow documentation, and other tools tosupport BA activities. Ability to drive consensus between clients, business units, and technicalteams, ensuring a shared understanding of project requirements
