This strategic leadership role requires a visionary HR professional who can align people strategies with business goals in a fast-paced EMS environment. You will play a key role in shaping culture, driving performance, and building organizational capabilities to support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment across manufacturing and corporate domains. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team across various HR functions (plant HR, talent acquisition, L&D, compliance, etc.). HR Business Partnering: Act as a key advisor to the COO and leadership team, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business priorities. Factory HR & IR Management: Oversee all HR functions at the manufacturing plant, including labor relations, contract workforce management, compliance with factory laws, and employee welfare programs. Corporate HR Oversight: Drive organization-wide HR initiatives including leadership development, performance management, compensation planning, and talent pipeline building. Talent Strategy: Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to build future-ready teams. Change Management: Drive transformation initiatives related to organizational restructuring, automation, or culture change. Compliance & Governance: Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance and manage labor audits, contracts, and internal policies. HR Analytics: Leverage HR data to drive decision-making, workforce planning, and operational improvements. Employee Engagement: Champion initiatives that build a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. Key Requirements: 12โ18 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in both plant/manufacturing HR and corporate HR functions. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute. Proven leadership experience in managing HR teams and cross-functional HR programs. Strong business acumen and the ability to link HR strategy with business goals. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
