Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Human Resources, based in Rajkot. The Head of Human Resources will lead and oversee all HR functions within the organization. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and fostering company culture. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and driving initiatives for employee engagement and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee day-to-day HR operations and leadership responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational regulations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and establishing frameworks for efficient HR practices.
  • Proven ability to foster positive Employee Relations and address workforce concerns effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent, with a focus on aligning workforce planning with organizational objectives.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; professional HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus.
