The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. They will also manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management will be a key responsibility. Having experience in Real Estate sector is preferred. The Group major focus is in Real Estate sector hence the experience in Real Estate is must. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. 5–10 years of relevant experience in renewable energy project development, consulting, or policy. Strong understanding of India's renewable energy landscape, policy frameworks, and incentives. Experience with hybrid systems, storage, or green hydrogen is a strong plus. Proficiency in tools like HOMER, PVSyst, RETScreen, or similar software preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
