As a senior executive overseeing the organization's human resources strategy, policies, and practices, your role is crucial in ensuring that HR functions align with the business objectives and contribute to a positive employee experience, ultimately leading to the company's success. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership:** Align HR with the business strategy, develop and implement HR strategies supporting company goals, and ensure HR adds value. - **Operational Management:** Oversee all HR aspects including recruitment, compensation, training, compliance, and employee relations. - **Talent Development:** Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent through effective strategies. - **Change Management:** Lead organizational change initiatives related to HR practices. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - **Compliance:** Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. - **Employee Relations:** Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters. - **HR Budget Management:** Manage and oversee the HR budget effectively. - **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze HR data and provide reports to senior management and the board. - **Leadership and Communication:** Provide guidance to the HR team and effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a Business-related subject. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in an HR role. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role. - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Ability to create a people strategy. - Commercial acumen and experience in using metrics for driving performance. - Pro-active attitude and a passion for leading with integrity. - Superior interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable manner. - Proactive and agile work ethic. - Curious mindset to think innovatively and rationally and provide creative solutions. - Experience in managing skilled teams and making quick but rational decisions. - In-depth knowledge of Employment Law.
