Position –

Job Purpose-

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning

   : To collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Stake holder Management

3. Culture / Organization Development

4. Employee Relations and management:

   To maintain healthy and productive relationships between the employees and the employer. Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

5. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

   : Overseeing the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the company has the skilled workforce needed to achieve its objectives.

6. Employee Development

   : Implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

7. Compensation and Benefits

   : Designing and managing compensation structures and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and fair.

8. Compliance

   : Ensuring that the company adheres to all labour laws and regulations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

9. Performance Management

   : Developing performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance and provide feedback.

10. HR Analytics

    : Using data and analytics to make informed HR decisions and improve HR processes.
