About the Business:

Established international greenfield venture of the with expertise in manufacturing precision components is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Leadership:

  Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, particularly in Fab or Foundry operations.

• Talent Management:

  Oversee recruitment, retention, and development of top talent to ensure the company has the necessary skills and capabilities to meet its goals.

• Employee Relations:

  Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

• Performance Management:

  Implement performance management systems that drive high performance and accountability.

• Compensation and Benefits:

  Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

• Training and Development:

  Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

• Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Diversity and Inclusion:

  Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization.

• HR Metrics:

  Utilize HR metrics to provide insights and drive decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 20 + years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the semiconductor manufacturing industry, specifically in Fab or Foundry operations.

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
• Experience with HR metrics and analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a global or multinational company.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
