Role Overview:

HR Head / HRBP / HR Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance, engagement, and development.
Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational priorities.
Design and execute engagement and culture-building programs.
Oversee compliance, HR policies, payroll, and other operations.
Use HR analytics and insights for better decision-making.
Support change management during scaling or restructuring phases.

Requirements:

8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–4 years in a leadership or HRBP role.
Preferably from advertising, media, marketing, or creative agency background.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR systems.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
