Job Title: Workday Integration Engineer Location: Pune Shift: 2PM-11PM IST / 3PM-12AM IST Experience : Minimum 5+ Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Engineer to lead the implementation and post-implementation integration of Workday modules with multiple external and third-party systems. You will be involved in/lead designing, building, testing, and supporting integrations across key business functions. You will also play a critical role in testing future Workday releases, coordinating go-live activities, and providing ongoing production support to ensure seamless data flow and system stability. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations during implementation and post‑go‑live phases. Build and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and WIF. Provide ongoing support for live integrations and participate in bi‑annual Workday release activities. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Execute integration testing including unit, system, end‑to‑end testing, and support UAT. Collaborate with stakeholders during deployment, stabilization, and go‑live activities while maintaining technical documentation. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Workday implementation, including global rollouts, and integrations with valid Workday certification. Strong expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and REST/SOAP web services. Experience integrating Workday with third‑party vendors and enterprise applications. Solid understanding of implementation, post‑go‑live support, and release testing. Good knowledge of security, data privacy, compliance, and Agile/hybrid delivery models. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
