Vice President Human Resources

As an experienced HR professional, you will be leading the end-to-end HR functions to drive the people strategy, strengthen the culture, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, creative environment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, and development processes. - Collaborating with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational priorities. - Designing and executing engagement and culture-building programs. - Utilizing HR analytics and insights to make informed decisions. - Providing support during scaling or restructuring phases for effective change management. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or HRBP role. - Background in advertising, media, marketing, or creative agency is preferred. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR systems. - A Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or Business Administration.
