Job Description

Experience: 18+ years

We are looking for a Vice President, Human Resources who will lead the development and execution of the organizations global Human Resources strategy in alignment with the overall business plan and long-term strategic goals. This role will focus on key areas including succession planning, talent and performance management, organizational development, change management, training and development, and compensation.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR and organizational matters.
Design and implement competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
Drive global talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
Foster a high-performance culture through robust performance management systems.
Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure talent retention, engagement and development.
Oversee global HR operations, internal communications and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across geographies.
Use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and report to leaderships.

Mandatory experience / skills

Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
18+ years in HR, including 5+ years in executive roles.
Proven track record of building and scaling HR functions globally, ideally in mid to large-sized IT services/consulting firms.
Experience leading HR operations across multiple geographies (Preferably, US, UK, and Canada).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
