We are seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to drive user acquisition, retention, engagement, and product-led growth. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, requiring a mix of growth hacking, data-driven marketing, product optimization, and user lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented leader with strong analytical skills, proven experience in scaling consumer fintech products, and a deep understanding of the Indian digital ecosystem
Design and own the growth roadmap aligned with business objectives (activation, retention, monetization, referral).
Define and execute data-driven growth experiments across funnels: AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
Scale customer acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships, affiliate, influencer, community marketing).
Build ROI-focused paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, UAC). Own and track key growth KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention, churn
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for awareness, trust, and engagement.
Lead performance marketing, content marketing, SEO/ASO, email automation, and social media.
Build strong brand positioning for RentenPe in the fintech and Proptech space.
Manage PR, influencer partnerships, and growth collaborations.
Drive data-driven creative optimization for campaigns.
Work closely with the product team to design and implement growth loops and virality features.
Optimize onboarding flow, user journeys, and in-app engagement to improve activation.
Set up growth-driven product analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude).
Own retention strategies: loyalty programs, reward mechanisms, gamification, lifecycle marketing
Build and lead a growth team (performance marketers, content specialists, product growth analysts)
Collaborate with tech, product, and operations to align growth initiatives with the product roadmap
Mentor and upskill team on growth marketing frameworks, data analytics, and automation.

Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Experience: 6–8 years in growth/marketing roles, preferably in fintech, consumer tech, or startup environments.
Proven track record of scaling a B2C app-based business with strong retention metrics.
Deep expertise in:
Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic)
Product-led Growth & Retention
Data Analytics & Experimentation (Cohort Analysis, Funnel Metrics, A/B Testing)
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, WebEngage, MoEngage.
Strong understanding of Indian fintech ecosystem, credit products, and regulatory landscape.
Leadership experience: Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams.
Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Growth or equivalent experience, TIER-I is a plus.
