About Us The Silk Road is a global fashion-tech marketplace that connects emerging designers to global markets. We were created with a single purpose: to disrupt how fashion is consumed. We operate on an on-demand production model and globally represent underrepresented countries in fashion. Since 2024, we have onboarded over 30 designers and are working towards our expansion in the USA and UK. About the Role As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own our customer acquisition and retention strategy, working closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to scale brand awareness and drive revenue. You will develop data-driven campaigns across digital channels, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, and build partnerships that amplify our reach. Your efforts will directly shape our growth trajectory and position The Silk Road from early stage startup to marketplace leader in sustainable luxury fashion. Responsibilities Define and execute a holistic growth strategy across digital channels, including paid social, search, and programmatic. Build and manage high-impact campaigns in key markets to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Develop an influencer and partnership program with fashion editors, stylists, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach. Optimize the customer journey end to end, from initial touchpoint through post-purchase engagement. Implement a data-driven approach: establish KPIs, build dashboards, and run A/B tests to improve conversion and retention rates. Collaborate with product and engineering to personalize marketing automation, including email flows, onsite personalization, and abandoned cart reminders. Manage and forecast a marketing budget, allocating resources to high-ROI channels. Qualifications We are looking for a motivated, early-career professional, ideally a recent graduate with a master’s degree, who is eager to grow with our team. Proven track record scaling customer acquisition through paid and organic channels in digital commerce, preferably in luxury or fashion. Strong analytical skills: proficiency with Google Analytics, SQL, or BI tools to interpret data and guide decisions. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms. Familiarity with email automation tools (Klaviyo preferred) and CRM best practices. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate brand vision into effective campaigns.
