We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships who will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with D2C brands, FinTechs, NBFCs, banks, and other stakeholders to drive new revenue streams, product upsells, rewards integration, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B partnerships, strategic collaboration, and execution in a startup or fintech environment.
Generate new revenue streams through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and cross-selling opportunities.
Partner with D2C brands to upsell their products/services as part of customer rewards or bundled offerings.
Build alliances with FinTech's, NBFCs, and banks for co-lending, embedded finance, and acquisition strategies.
Lead partner acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle management, ensuring seamless integration and customer experience.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (product, tech, business, and ops) to deliver digitized partnership journeys.
Track ROI and KPIs of partnerships and report insights to executive leadership.
Identify potential areas for future alliances and co-branded initiatives.
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with system integrators and strategic partners.
Represent the company in external negotiations, networking events, and VC/investor discussions where needed.
Provide strategic direction and industry insights to guide partners in the digital and consumer fintech space.
Explore opportunities for brand collaborations to enhance customer experience with added value services.
7-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships/alliances in fintech, startups, NBFCs, or D2C ecosystem.
Proven experience in closing high-impact B2B deals and cross-functional execution.
Strong network in the fintech, startup, or D2C brand ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and growth metrics.
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial drive and ownership mindset.
Bachelors/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech-driven company.
Exposure to partner platforms, rewards systems, or embedded finance solutions is a plus.
