App Growth & Monetization: Collaborate with product, growth marketing, and category teams to drive adoption of monetizable services (e.g., Soundbox, Lending, Insurance, Commerce). Optimize pricing, promotions, and upsell strategies across merchant cohorts. Own and track LTV, CAC, revenue per user, and other monetization metrics. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Science, Product, GTM, and Business Intelligence teams to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives. Communicate and present strategies and performance updates to leadership.
