Role Summary

The Head of HR is responsible for developing and executing the company’s human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, compliance, and creating a high-performance work culture.

  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Drive succession planning and internal talent mobility programs.
  • Organizational Development & Culture
  • Foster an inclusive and performance-driven culture.
  • Design employee engagement frameworks and execute culture-building interventions.
  • Lead leadership development and capability-building programs.
  • Performance Management
  • Oversee performance management systems and KPI/OKR frameworks.
  • Guide managers in delivering constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Drive a high-performance environment through data-driven insights.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop competitive compensation strategies and policies.
  • Conduct annual salary reviews and benefits benchmarking.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex HR issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • HR Operations & Analytics
  • Oversee HR systems, HRIS, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Build HR dashboards and use analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
