Key Responsibilities

The Senior HR Leader will be responsible for defining and executing the HR strategy, including:

• Strategic Planning & Policy:

• Define operational targets and goals for the HR department that align with the organizational strategy.
  
• Redesign and update company policies and procedures as required.
  
• Review and propose changes to

  compensation & benefits

  policies based on market trends.

• Talent Management & Development:

• Oversee talent acquisition, employee onboarding, learning & development, and offboarding processes.
  
• Identify training needs and implement effective training & development initiatives.
  

• Performance Management & Operations:

• Supervise day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.
  
• Implement and monitor

  performance appraisal systems

  using clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure timely mid-term reviews and annual performance evaluations.
  
• Evaluate

  HRMS software

  efficiency and recommend necessary upgrades or alternatives.

• Compliance & Employee Relations:

• Maintain healthy employee relations, effectively acting as a mediator and resolving disputes.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
  

Qualities & Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws

  and statutory compliance.
• Extensive experience with

  Performance Management Systems
