Talent Acquisition: Create hiring systems to attract top-tier crypto, fintech, engineering, and growth talent. Oversee sourcing, assessments, offers, and onboarding. Performance & Culture: Define OKRs, performance cycles, compensation benchmarks, and feedback systems. Maintain a high-ownership, high-accountability culture. HR Operations: Implement HR processes for distributed teams including policies, contracts, compliance, and payroll coordination. Leadership Support: Partner with founders and department heads to structure teams, resolve talent needs, and maintain alignment during scaling. Compliance & Risk: Ensure labor, jurisdictional, and digital-asset-adjacent compliance. Build clear documentation, reporting, and audit readiness. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 6-10 years in HR leadership within fintech, crypto, or scale ups. Experience supporting >50-300 headcount growth phases preferred. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of crypto/DeFi hiring markets, talent pipelines, and organizational needs of Web3 teams. Role & responsibilities End-to-End UX/UI: Design flows for stablecoin minting, yield display, ESS configuration, and governance interactions. Design Systems: Own and evolve STBLs design system for consistency across dashboards, mobile/web views, and partner tools. User Research: Conduct usability testing and gather insights to refine designs for both retail users and ESS/MaaS partners. Product Collaboration: Work closely with PMs and engineers to translate requirements into production-ready designs. Prototyping & Validation: Build interactive prototypes to test complex financial interactions and optimize conversion and clarity. Visual Communication: Create clear, trust-centric financial UI elements for stablecoin data, collateral transparency, yield separation, and system status. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 3-6 years in product design for fintech, crypto, or complex software systems. Design Skills: Strong command of UX, interaction design, wireframing, and information architecture. Figma expertise required. Crypto/Fintech Familiarity: Understanding of wallets, signing, yield displays, stablecoins, and DeFi UX patterns. User-Centric Mindset: Ability to simplify complex financial logic into intuitive, high-trust user flows. Collaboration: Skilled at working with PMs, engineers, and compliance stakeholders in fast-paced teams. Delivery: Portfolio demonstrating shipped products with measurable UX impact.
