Technical Solution Architect

Role Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive technical solutions for clients based on business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose appropriate solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Lead the integration of complex systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability. Evaluate existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement. Manage the solution delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct code reviews and technical assessments of proposed solutions and architectures. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices in solution architecture. Facilitate technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Support and troubleshoot issues related to deployed solutions post-launch. Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in technical solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and understanding. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficient in technical documentation and effective communication. Hands-on experience in systems integration and software architecture. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. Familiarity with data analysis and management tools. Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new technologies quickly. Experience in leading technical workshops and client presentations. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
