Technical Solution Architect

We are seeking a Technical, Software, or Application Architect whose most recent role has been at an architect level.

The ideal candidate should be smart, possess strong communication skills, and have solid hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, and Docker.

We prefer someone based in Delhi NCR who can attend an in-person second-round discussion with the founder .

Requirements :

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 35 years in architectural roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Docker, Node.js, and Python

  (AI exposure is a plus).
• Proven background in high-growth startups or product-driven tech companies.
• Expertise in system design, architecture patterns, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of modern tech stacks: backend, cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps, AI, etc.
• Can-do attitude with a high sense of ownership and urgency; no room for procrastination.
• Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with bias for action.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
• Willing to be hands-on and dive into the codebase when required.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest tools and technologies.

Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end architecture for new and existing products.
• Drive engineering excellence, scalability, and high performance across systems.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product management, and engineering teams to turn vision into architecture.
• Identify technical debt, remove roadblocks, and instill a culture of speed and ownership.
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Establish and enforce architectural best practices and standards.
• Mentor engineers and serve as a cultural anchor for the team.
• Bring clarity, strategy, and structure to a fast-scaling environment.
