We are seeking a Technical, Software, or Application Architect whose most recent role has been at an architect level. The ideal candidate should be smart, possess strong communication skills, and have solid hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, and Docker. We prefer someone based in Delhi NCR who can attend an in-person second-round discussion with the founder . Job Title: Architect Experience: 12+ Years Location: Gurugram,Sector 43 Industry: Product / Tech / Employment Type: Full-Time Requirements : 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 35 years in architectural roles. Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Node.js, and Python (AI exposure is a plus). Proven background in high-growth startups or product-driven tech companies. Expertise in system design, architecture patterns, scalability, and performance tuning. Strong understanding of modern tech stacks: backend, cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps, AI, etc. Can-do attitude with a high sense of ownership and urgency; no room for procrastination. Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with bias for action. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and guiding engineering teams. Willing to be hands-on and dive into the codebase when required. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest tools and technologies. Responsibilities : Own end-to-end architecture for new and existing products. Drive engineering excellence, scalability, and high performance across systems. Collaborate closely with founders, product management, and engineering teams to turn vision into architecture. Identify technical debt, remove roadblocks, and instill a culture of speed and ownership. Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews. Establish and enforce architectural best practices and standards. Mentor engineers and serve as a cultural anchor for the team. Bring clarity, strategy, and structure to a fast-scaling environment.
