Head HR

The incumbent will oversee HR acquisition, engagement, development, and separation processes across the organization. This is a strategic role requiring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. The role requires close coordination with various plants and functional departments at the corporate level for effective execution of HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership:

  Partner with senior management to identify HR priorities and implement strategic HR initiatives.

• Policy & Compliance:

• Formulate, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  
• Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements related to HR.
  

• End-to-End HR Management:

  Oversee all core HR processes, including:
• Recruitment (HR Acquisition)
• Employee Engagement
• Training and Development (HR Development)
• Exit Management (HR Separation)

• Culture & Performance:

• Drive organizational development and performance management systems.
  
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through effective communication and employee relations initiatives.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  MBA in Human Resources

  from an institute of repute.

• Experience:

  Minimum 15

  years of relevant experience

  in Human Resources within a

  mid-sized or large organization

  , independently handling core HR functions.

• Proven Aptitude:

  Hands-on experience and proven aptitude in:
• Human Resource acquisition, engagement, development, and separation.
• HR policy framing, implementation, and compliance monitoring.

• Language:

  Fluency in

  English and Tamil

  is required. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
