THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a strategically-minded Marketing Intelligence & Operations Associate to serve as the analytical engine behind our aggressive growth trajectory. This role combines rigorous market research, competitive intelligence, marketing operations and lead generation management to fuel our expansion.

You'll work directly with the COO and Digital Marketing Head, transforming raw market signals into actionable target account lists, managing marketing vendor agency partnerships, and ensuring our marketing machinery operates with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & ICP Research (45%)

  • Execute systematic Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and other intelligence platforms to identify high-potential enterprise prospects
  • Analyze company financials, organizational hierarchies, procurement priorities, and digital transformation initiatives through publicly available documents and databases
  • Perform buying intent analysis by evaluating corporate announcements, annual reports, and strategic plans to identify procurement automation readiness
  • Develop comprehensive company profiles including decision-maker hierarchies, revenue analysis, value chain positioning, and strategic priorities per lead
  • Research and maintain client competitor ecosystem details and then ICP and buying signal analysis for identifying viable prospects
  • Score and prioritize leads based on multi-criteria evaluation framework combining ICP match, buying signals, and strategic fit
  • Maintain accurate, real-time research intelligence in CRM with proper categorization and actionable insights

Competitive Intelligence (15%)

  • Monitor and analyze competitive landscape across procurement SaaS providers
  • Identify and track competitors' client wins, product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning
  • Coordinate and Provide Inputs to Pre-Sales for creating competitive battle cards and intelligence briefs for sales enablement
  • Track industry trends, analyst reports, and procurement technology developments

Marketing Operations & Agency Management (25%)

  • Serve as primary liaison for digital marketing agency managing SMM, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and website optimization
  • Coordinate with creative agency for content development, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment
  • Manage project workflows, approvals, deliverables, and reporting across multiple agency partners
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, budget utilization, and ROI tracking
  • Ensure seamless coordination between external agencies and internal stakeholders

Cross-Functional Coordination and Lead Generation (30%)

  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Key Account Management teams to align research priorities with pipeline needs
  • Provide intelligence briefings for upcoming prospect meetings and demonstrations
  • Support sales enablement with company-specific research and customized insights
  • Execute special projects and research assignments from COO as required
  • Perform cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting.
  • Build accurate prospect lists from target industries.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene with detailed outreach logs.
  • Meet weekly/monthly lead generation & qualification targets.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales on messaging and qualification criteria.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing from recognized institution (Ahmedabad-based preferred)
  • 1-3 years experience in B2B marketing research or B2B marketing operations
  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B SaaS business models and enterprise sales cycles

Technical Proficiency

  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account-based research
  • Working knowledge of lead intelligence tools (Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar)
  • CRM systems experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent) with strong data hygiene practices
  • Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for research acceleration and productivity
  • Excel/Google Sheets expertise for data analysis and lead scoring frameworks
  • Working Knowledge of all Digital Marketing tools for SMM & SEM/SEO as well as Performance Marketing

Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of B2B marketing frameworks (ABM, demand generation, lead scoring methodologies)
  • Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or enterprise software domains (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Awareness of enterprise decision-making structures and buying committees
