Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive/Manager with 2–3 years of experience in SaaS based finance solution sales to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by promoting our SaaS-based Invoicing Automation Solution to CFOs, finance leaders, and enterprise decision-makers. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a good understanding of financial processes, enabling them to consultatively sell solutions that bring efficiency, compliance, and cost savings to client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Business Development

• Drive new logo acquisition in Manufacturing, BFSI, and mid-to-large enterprise segments (₹500+ Cr turnover companies)
• Own complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure and handoff to implementation
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline worth ₹2+ Cr annually through systematic prospecting and relationship building
• Conduct high-impact executive presentations to CFOs, Finance Directors, and C-suite stakeholders

Finance Domain Consultation

• Perform detailed assessments of client AP processes, identifying pain points in invoice processing, 3-way matching, and vendor payment cycles
• Quantify business impact through detailed ROI analysis, focusing on working capital optimization, cycle time reduction, and compliance improvements
• Design customized solution demonstrations showcasing AI-powered invoice automation, ERP integration, and real-time spend analytics
• Address complex financial compliance requirements and audit trail necessities specific to client industries

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes involving Finance, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams
• Build consensus across departments by aligning solution benefits with each stakeholder's specific objectives
• Collaborate with internal pre-sales, product, and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions addressing client needs
• Maintain post-sale relationship management ensuring successful onboarding and expansion opportunities
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
• Monitor competitive landscape in financial automation, procurement tech, and ERP add-on solutions
• Develop industry-specific value propositions for different vertical markets (manufacturing, chemicals, FMCG, pharmaceuticals)
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to build market presence
• Provide market feedback to product team for continuous innovation and feature development

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering
• MBA (Finance/Marketing) strongly preferred
• Professional certifications in sales, finance, or SaaS (advantageous)
• 2–3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or finance/ERP software sales.
• Exposure to finance processes, invoicing, and automation workflows.
• Prior experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is highly desirable.
• Experience in digital transformation / automation / fintech solutions is a plus.
