Program Outcome Upon successful completion of the 3-Year Graduate Training Program, each trainee will be offered a full-time permanent position within the company. Placement will be determined based on demonstrated performance, individual strengths, specialization track, and business needs.

Post-Program Career Path Selection
At the end of the 3-year Graduate Training Program, each trainee will have the opportunity to choose a permanent role or department based on their interests, demonstrated strengths, and performance throughout the program. This ensures that graduates transition into roles that align with both individual career goals and organizational needs.
Technical & Professional Exposure During the ProgramThroughout the program, trainees will receive extensive hands-on experience and formal training across multiple platforms, systems, and technical disciplines. These include:
• CRM Software Training – customer management, sales pipeline tracking, data integrity
• ERP Software Training– understanding production workflows, inventory, purchasing, BOMs
• Quality Training – ISO 9001 awareness, NCR management, audits, root cause analysis
• SolidWorks Training– 2D/3D modeling fundamentals, engineering drawings, DFM practices
• Project Management Training – scheduling, risk assessment, milestone reporting
• Manufacturing & Service Exposure– hands-on product knowledge and process understanding
By the end of the program, trainees will possess a well-rounded blend of technical, operational, and professional skills that prepare them for long-term growth and leadership.
Mandatory Pre-Training (Onsite)Starting January 2026, all graduate trainees are required to attend mandatory onsite product knowledge training sessions. These trainings are designed to strengthen core product understanding, improve customer communication, and support stronger technical performance.
Training Schedule• Training Months: January, February, March (Dates to be scheduled)
• Frequency: 2 full days per month (Rs.500/per day with full day attendance)
• Location: Onsite Kasba
• Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Lunch: Provided by the company for all training days
Training Objectives• Deepen technical product knowledge
• Hands-on demonstration and product teardown learning
• Improve customer-facing technical communication
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration
Attendance Requirements• Attendance for all scheduled days is mandatory
• Absences require manager approval and documented justification
• Make‑up training sessions must be completed within 30 days
• Completion is a requirement for continuation in the program
Comprehensive 3-Year Graduate Entry Training Program
This document outlines a comprehensive and aggressive delivery-focused 3-year rotational graduate program. It includes detailed KPIs, targets, timelines, and module reviews to ensure high performance, accountability, and technical mastery.
Start Date: April 6th 2026
Compensation Structure• Year 1 Base Salary: Rs. 10,000 per month
• Year 2 Base Salary: Rs. 12,000 per month
• Year 3 Base Salary: Rs. 14,000 per month
• Additional Sales Commission: Up to Rs. 40,000 per month (applicable during Year 1-3, this will be discussed during first of week of employment)
Full Time Onsite Employment – April 2026-April 2029
Year 1 – Sales & Service (12 Months)This year focuses on customer-facing skills, service competency, and revenue-generating activities.
Monthly Targets• Generate a minimum of 15 qualified leads per month
• Complete 5 customer visits (virtual or physical) per month
• Participate in 3 service case resolutions per month
• Submit a monthly performance and activity report
• Maintain CRM accuracy of 98% or higher
Quarterly Reviews• Quarterly KPI Score Weighting:
- Lead Quality & Conversion: 40%
- Customer Interaction Quality: 25%
- Service Troubleshooting Competency: 20%
- Reporting Accuracy & Timeliness: 15%
• Must pass quarterly sales pitch assessment with ≥ 85% score
End-of-Year Review• Achieve 90% of all Y1 KPIs
• Score ≥ 80% on the Year 1 Comprehensive Skills Exam
• Submit and present a Sales & Service Capstone Report including:
- Customer analysis
- Opportunity identification
- Proposed service improvement initiative
• Decision Gate: Pass → Advance to Year 2 | Fail → Repeat 3 Months or Program Termination
Year 2 – Manufacturing & Quality (12 Months)Manufacturing Rotation (6 Months)Monthly Targets:
• Master 2 manufacturing processes each month
• Maintain 100% safety compliance
• Submit 1 Kaizen improvement proposal monthly
• Attend all weekly production meetings with action updates
End-of-Module Review:
• Submit a measurable Manufacturing Improvement Project
• Score ≥ 85% on technical manufacturing exam
Quality Rotation (6 Months)Monthly Targets:
• Complete 4 NCR root-cause analyses per month
• Participate in 2 internal audits monthly
• Review/update 1 control plan monthly
End-of-Module Review:
• Submit a Quality Optimization Report
• Score ≥ 90% on ISO 9001 and metrology exam
• Manager performance rating of ≥ Exceeds Expectations
End-of-Year Review• Must complete both major projects (Manufacturing & Quality)
• Score ≥ 80% on the Year 2 Comprehensive Exam
• No safety violations
• Lead at least 1 cross-functional improvement activity
Year 3 – Project Management & Specialization (12 Months)Project Management (3 Months)Module Targets:
• Complete PM coursework scoring ≥ 90%
• Lead one project with weekly KPI dashboards
• Submit project charter, schedule, and risk matrix
Specialization (Design or Manufacturing – 9 Months)Monthly Targets:

• Complete 1 design revision (Design) or 1 efficiency improvement (Manufacturing)
• Pass monthly technical assessments
Quarterly Targets:
• Lead one major initiative that produces measurable business impact
End-of-Year 3 Final Review• Submit final Capstone Project
• Present to senior leadership assessment panel
