Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that attract qualified leads, optimize customer engagement, and maintain accurate data within our CRM system. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for driving measurable results. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools. Create targeted lead-generation strategies that increase inbound inquiries and qualify prospects for the sales team. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, engagement, and conversion rate improvements. Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and lead-nurture workflows. Collaborate with Sales to align marketing activities with revenue goals and customer acquisition strategies. Design digital content including landing pages, email sequences, social media posts, and promotional materials. Track KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and present insights to management. Research market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital channels to enhance campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or sales operations. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools, analytics platforms, and email automation software. Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Google Ads or Linkedin Ads certification. Experience with marketing automation and drip campaigns. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing. Graphic design or basic video editing skills are a plus.
