Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands the future of marketing where AI, analytics and creative strategies come together to drive measurable growth.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, both paid and organic, creating high quality content, and using analytics to improve performance. This role involves daily monitoring of market trends, optimising campaigns, user engagement and collaborating with the team to build data driven marketing campaigns.

What You Will Work On

• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across channels.
• Running paid media campaigns and driving SEO-based organic traffic.
• Analysing performance and improving campaign ROI
• Creating marketing content aligned with brand goals.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles
• Hands-on expertise managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Demonstrated success in SEO strategy and organic traffic growth

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping
• Proficiency with performance metrics, KPIs, and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging marketing technologies

Soft Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
