Digital Marketing Specialist

e are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and performance marketing with a clear understanding of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage social media pages, create engaging content, and ensure consistent branding.
• Perform keyword research, SEO optimization, and website updates as required.
• Handle paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and track performance using analytics tools.
• Create monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
• Monitor campaign results, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Manage email marketing, SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
• Good communication and content-writing skills.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools (optional but preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. (preferred)
• Certifications in digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary

• Based on experience and performance. (Add your range if needed)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
