Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Executive to own the end-to-end sales cycle with large enterprises and high-growth brands.You’ll work directly with founders, CX/marketing leaders, and digital/IT heads to understand their customer engagement challenges and show how LimeChat’s GenAI agents on WhatsApp and chat can move their revenue, NPS, and automation metrics. From first meeting to signed contract, you’ll be responsible for driving deals forward and making sure there is strong alignment on value.If you enjoy consultative selling, multi-threading complex accounts, and closing meaningful ACV, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle:Take opportunities from qualification to closure—discovery, demos, business case, negotiation, and sign-off.Run sharp discovery:Understand Each Prospect’s Current CX Stack, KPIs (revenue, Repeat Purchase, CSAT, Deflection), And Decision Criteria To Position LimeChat Clearly.Deliver Tailored DemosConduct product demos mapped to the prospect’s use cases (support automation, marketing journeys, collections, etc.) rather than generic walkthroughs.Co-create solutions:Work With Solutions / Product / Pre-Sales To Shape Proposals, Solution Designs, And Pricing That Fit Client Needs And Constraints.Multi-thread StakeholdersNavigate buying committees—founders, CX/Marketing heads, Product and IT—to build consensus and manage objections.Drive proposals & negotiations:Own commercial discussions, proposal iterations, and contract negotiations with clear timelines and next steps.Collaborate on handover:Partner with Onboarding / Customer Success to ensure a clean, well-documented transition so new customers see quick time-to-value.Keep CRM clean:Maintain accurate pipeline, activity logs, and forecasts in the CRM; ensure data is up-to-date and reliable.Feed back market intelligence:Share Structured Feedback From The Field With Marketing, Product, And Leadership On Positioning, Competition, And Feature Gaps.Represent LimeChat In The MarketJoin events, webinars, and industry conversations to build relationships and generate top-of-funnel opportunities.What does success look like?Hitting or exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue and ACV targets .Shortening average sales cycles while maintaining deal quality.Growing average contract value (ACV)through multi-product and multi-channel deals.Clean handovers with high NPS / satisfaction from customers post-sale.Consistently accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene .Must-haves1–4 years of experience inB2B SaaS sales , ideally selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts.Exposure to selling inCX / Martech / communication / AI or adjacent spaces (D2C, ecommerce, BFSI, Auto, Retail is a plus).Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes.Comfort with discovery and qualification using frameworks such as BANT (or similar) to focus on real opportunities.Experience running live demos and handling objections in real time.Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders—founders, functional heads, and IT—within small to mid-sized organisations.SolidCRM discipline(HubSpot or similar): keeping pipeline, activities, and next steps updated.High ownership, bias for action, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup with evolving processes.Nice-to-havePrior experience selling toD2C brands, large retailers, BFSI, or automotive companies .Familiarity withHubSpot(or similar CRMs) for pipeline management and automation.Understanding ofMEDDIC / SPIN / Challenger or other structured sales methodologies.Experience collaborating closely withSolution Engineers / Pre-Sales on complex deals.Prior experience in a role where you worked closely withWhatsApp, contact center, chatbot, or CX tooling .Tools You’ll UseHubSpot (or similar CRM)
