About LimeChatAbout The RoleWe’re Looking For a Product Analyst who can turn product usage data into clear recommendations that move our metrics. You’ll partner with PMs, engineers and designers to decide what to build, measure the impact once it’s live and spot opportunities the rest of us miss . Expect to jump between exploratory analysis, dashboard building and structured experiments in a single day.This is an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years of hands-on product analytics experience who wants end-to-end ownership rather than a narrow slice of the funnel.What you’ll doProduct & user analyticsMap user journeys and surface friction points across activation, engagement and retention funnelsRun deep-dive analyses on new features: cohort cuts, retention curves, segmentation, etc.Design and evaluate A/B tests; translate results into product decisionsCreate lightweight forecasting models for revenue impact and payback of roadmap itemsWork with PMs to define North-Star and supporting metrics for each initiativeSelf-serve insightsBuild and maintain Metabase / Looker dashboards that tell a clear story to non-analystsAutomate recurring reports for weekly product reviews and roadmap planningDocument definitions and data models so everyone speaks the same metric languageCross-functional partnershipFeed customer-level insights to Growth and CS teams for upsells and churn preventionPartner with Engineering on event-tracking specs and data quality checksSupport founders with board decks and investor metrics when product data is neededWhat we’re looking for1–2 years in product analytics, growth analytics or data-driven product opsStrong SQL skills and comfort with one BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Power BI or similar)Ability to break down ambiguous questions, run the numbers and explain them simplyFamiliarity with A/B testing concepts and common product metrics (DAU/WAU/MAU, retention, LTV, payback)Proactive, detail-oriented and happiest when you own the outcome end-to-endNice to haveExperience in SaaS or B2B products, especially chatbots or CX automationExposure to Python/R for deeper analysis or ML prototypesBasic understanding of revenue metrics and financial dashboardsBenefitsUnlimited PTO / sick leaveSubsidised fitness membership Free lunch and snacksAnnual company retreatBring your dog/cat to work 🐶How to ApplyExcited to shape the future of Gen AI in India?
