Job Overview

OptiFi Technologies LLP is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role is critical in strengthening OptiFi’s online presence, driving qualified leads, and positioning the brand as a trusted IT, cloud, and digital transformation partner.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of SEO, website performance, social media marketing, Meta & Google Ads, and Google Business Profile optimization, while working closely with leadership, design, and sales teams to align marketing outcomes with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Brand Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with OptiFi’s business goals, services, and long-term vision.
  • Build and maintain a consistent, professional brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Position OptiFi as a thought leader in IT consulting, cloud services, ERP, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

Website & SEO Management

  • Own end-to-end website management including content updates, landing pages, performance optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and lead generation.
  • Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for SEO-friendly UI/UX and page structure.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage and grow OptiFi’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and publish high-quality content including posts, blogs, case studies, videos, reels, and explainer content.
  • Drive engagement, followers, and inquiries through consistent content calendars and campaigns.
  • Align messaging with OptiFi’s B2B positioning and target audience (SMEs, enterprises, schools, corporates).

Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Create and manage search, display, and remarketing campaigns with clear KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the design team to develop compelling creatives and ad copies.
  • Monitor budgets, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI; continuously optimize performance.

Google Business Profile & Local SEO

  • Manage and optimize OptiFi’s Google Business Profile for visibility, reviews, and local lead generation.
  • Implement local SEO best practices including citations, reviews strategy, and geo-targeted content.
  • Track insights and improve discovery, calls, website visits, and direction requests.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance

  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs including traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools to derive insights.
  • Present actionable reports and recommendations to management.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with sales, design, and technical teams to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Guide junior marketers or freelancers where applicable.
  • Ensure timelines, quality, and consistency across all digital initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • SEO (technical, on-page, off-page)
  • Website content & conversion optimization
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • Google Ads & Google Business Profile
  • Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho Marketing, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), and web publishing standards.
  • Strong content writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.

Preferred / Added Advantages

  • Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Experience in B2B IT services, SaaS, cloud, ERP, or technology-driven companies.
  • Exposure to UAE / GCC digital marketing or international markets.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable results.
