Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Marketing

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, product promotions, and customer retention.
  • Segment mailing lists and personalize campaigns for different target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize for better results.
  • Manage email automation workflows and maintain a high email sender reputation.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages.
  • Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
  • Monitor website health, fix crawl errors, and ensure SEO best practices are maintained.
  • Track and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and third-party SEO tools.

3. Online Sales Portal Management (Amazon, GeM, etc.)

  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, keywords, and product descriptions on marketplaces.
  • Coordinate order processing, inventory sync, and follow up with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor portal analytics, customer queries, and product performance.
  • Manage product catalogs, compliance requirements, tender tracking, and bid submissions on GeM.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and track ROI across portals.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, SendinBlue, etc.).
  • Good understanding of SEO techniques, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, GeM portal, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of content writing, keyword research, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic HTML (optional but preferred).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
