Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, developing strategies to increase online engagement, and analyzing performance using web analytics.

You must be able to work efficiently, think creatively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced industry.

Daily tasks include managing social media, optimizing online presence, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

2. Website Management & Optimization

• Manage and optimize company websites for content quality, design, and user experience.
• Oversee mobile-friendly website and application development when needed.

3. Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms.
• Monitor engagement, track growth, and implement strategies for better visibility.

4. Content Marketing

• Create and implement content strategies including:
• SEO-driven blogs and articles
• Social media content
• Email newsletters and automated sequences
• Video content planning (concepts, scripts) — video editing not required
• Work with designers and editors for final deliverables.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead quality.
• Provide periodic reports and insights to management or clients.
• Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

6. Industry Research & Best Practices

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Apply insights to ongoing and future campaigns.

7. Lead Generation

• Run and optimize paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
• Utilize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and additional channels for maximum results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, automation, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
