Track and document all customer interactions in the CRM. 5. Collaboration & Internal Coordination Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partner Managers, and the Service Delivery Team to ensure smooth execution of deals. Work closely with the BDM/Field Sales team to transition qualified opportunities and support during proposal stages. 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking Submit weekly activity reports covering pipeline status, lead conversions, and next steps. Maintain accuracy and hygiene of all data in the CRM system. Participate in weekly sales reviews and forecast meetings.

Key Responsibilities The CRM Administrator at NxtWave plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our CRM system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business. Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain customer records, ensuring data cleanliness and consistency.
