Key Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to manage projects, resolve issues, and ensure service excellence. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide updates on services. Manage client accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and in line with expectations. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to execute client requests effectively. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally. Prepare client reports, presentations, and summaries of service performance. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and company offerings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or similar systems. Attend meetings with the founder where required and note tasks to be done. Plan Founder's Day to reach company goals. Handle the hiring process with the founder to post, shortlist, hire, and onboard. Work on coordinating things for the founder, along with servicing the clients.
