Client Service Executive

As the main liaison between clients and internal teams at SmallBigGrowth, your role involves managing projects, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence. You will maintain regular communication with clients, gather feedback, and provide updates on services. Managing client accounts is crucial, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and in line with expectations. Coordination with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing is essential for executing client requests effectively. Handling client inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally is a key responsibility. Additionally, preparing client reports, presentations, and summaries of service performance, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and company offerings, are important tasks. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in CRM or similar systems is also part of your role.
