Client Servicing Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on daily deliverables.
• Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and ongoing priorities.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships.

2. Project & Campaign Coordination

• Manage end-to-end execution of creative, digital, social media, and performance marketing projects.
• Prepare and share timelines, status reports, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.

3. Internal Team Coordination

• Coordinate with creative, digital, strategy, performance, media buying, production, influencer, and data teams.
• Translate client briefs into actionable internal tasks.
• Track progress, quality-check outputs, and ensure timely delivery.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare campaign reports, performance summaries, and MIS dashboards.
• Maintain records of client communication, approvals, and feedback.

5. Business Growth Support

• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Support in creating proposals, presentations, and strategy decks.

6. Issue Resolution

• Handle client escalations with calmness and problem-solving mindset.
• Ensure operational excellence and smooth communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of

  experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Agency roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of creative processes, digital media, social content, and performance marketing.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools would be preferred
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
