Join us as a Client Servicing Executive, where you'll be instrumental in transforming client briefs into compelling visual narratives. You'll not just manage projects and clients; you'll be shaping stories that resonate.

Your Role:

• Project Ownership:

  Manage client projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

• Collaboration:

  Work with writers, designers, animators, and editors to align creative execution with client expectations.

• Client Communication:

  Act as the primary contact for clients, handling concerns, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Presentations & Documentation:

  Create compelling presentations, write concept notes, and ensure clear internal and external communication.

• Pre-Shoot to Post-Production Oversight:

  Plan and coordinate all phases of video production while maintaining quality control.

• Industry Insights & Innovation:

  Stay updated on industry trends and leverage AI tools for email communication, research, and project management.

• Efficiency & Optimization:

  Monitor project performance and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.

• Strong Organizational & Communication Skills:

  Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and maintain strong client relationships.
