Job Description

 

  • Project Coordination

    – Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Tender Management

    – Handle end-to-end tender processes including documentation, submission, compliance checks, and follow-ups.
  • CRM Management

    – Maintain and update customer databases, track project leads, and ensure timely follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
  • Vendor Management

    – Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely procurement and quality compliance.
  • Documentation & Export Support

    – Prepare and verify export-related documents (invoices, packing lists, LC documents, etc.) and coordinate with logistics for smooth dispatch.
  • Client Communication

    – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, feedback, and project updates effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination

    – Collaborate with internal teams such as Design, Procurement, Production, and Finance to align project objectives.
  • Reporting & Administrative Support

    – Prepare MIS reports, track progress against KPIs, and assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering (Civil / Mechanical
  • 2-3 Years of Experience

Skill Set required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic Knowledge of CRM & PI tool
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability across departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic knowledge of tender documentation
