As a Pre-Sales Expert at Pristine Gaze, you will be responsible for engaging with qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team or Account Managers. Your role is crucial in representing Pristine Gaze with professionalism and enthusiasm to potential clients. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for driving growth through client connections. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with qualified leads through calls to introduce Pristine Gaze's services and schedule appointments for the sales team or Account Managers. - Identify client needs, build rapport, and set up appointments with the appropriate team members for further discussions. - Qualify leads by understanding their investment needs and goals to ensure they are ready for discussions with the sales team. - Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, updates, and appointments in the company CRM system. - Manage follow-up calls and emails with leads who require more time to make a decision. - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to facilitate a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting. Key Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in the financial, stock market, or advisory services sectors. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain the value of Pristine Gaze's services. - Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets. - Proficiency in using CRM tools to track leads, manage calls, and maintain appointment schedules. - Strong analytical skills to understand and address potential clients" needs. - Ability to build relationships and establish trust with potential clients through effective communication.
