Pre Sales Associate

The Pre-Sales Real Estate Executive is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, generating leads, explaining project details to customers, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team. The role focuses on converting inquiries into qualified leads and maintaining high engagement.

• Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and follow up on leads from portals
• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and explain project details.
• Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying intent.

2. Customer Interaction

• Provide information on project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines.
• Address customer queries professionally and build rapport.

3. Sales Support

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the on-ground sales team.
• Track customer feedback and share with the sales manager.
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/Excel sheets.

4. Target Achievement

• Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead qualification and site visit conversions.
• Ensure high follow-up rates and timely response to inquiries.

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with marketing for new campaigns and lead quality.
• Ensure smooth communication with sales teams for handover of qualified leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
