As a Pre-Sales Expert, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our sales process by contacting qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team or Account Managers. Acting as the first point of contact for potential clients, you will represent Pristine Gaze with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with leads, understanding their requirements, and coordinating meetings for our internal sales team or account managers to delve deeper into the value of our research and advisory services. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for client interaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with qualified leads, introduce Pristine Gaze's services, and schedule appointments for the sales team or Account Managers. - Identify client needs, establish rapport, and arrange meetings with the appropriate team members for a seamless handover. - Ensure leads are properly qualified by understanding their investment needs and goals. - Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, updates, and appointments in the company CRM system. - Manage follow-up calls and emails with leads requiring additional time to decide. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for a smooth transition from lead generation to appointment setting. Key Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in the financial, stock market, or advisory services sectors. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value of Pristine Gaze's services clearly. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets. - Proficient in CRM tools for lead tracking, call management, and appointment scheduling. - Strong analytical skills to address potential client needs effectively. - Ability to build relationships and establish trust with potential clients through effective communication.
