They work in post-production, seamlessly combining visuals, audio, and graphics to meet a project's creative vision and technical specifications. *Key Responsibilities* * Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished video product. * Manipulate and edit film pieces, add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance storytelling. * Ensure logical sequencing, continuity, and smooth flow. * Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to deliver the final project. * Export and format videos for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast). * Manage and organize digital assets efficiently. *Required Skills and Qualifications* * Proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio or showreel. * Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). * Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. * Knowledge of video codecs, formats, and best practices for different platforms.
