Job description Organization: Maltar Services Pvt Ltd Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India Department: Sales Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients. Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging account renewal. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall financial success of the organization. Advise clients on strategies to maximize their profitability and minimize risk. Manage individual and team data, records, and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 -10 years of experience in the broking industry, capital markets, or international BPO/sales processes. Graduate degree with exceptional communication skills in English. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of forex markets and financial products. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to handle high volumes of international calls (outbound and inbound). Experience in team leadership and development (preferred).
