### *Job Summary*

A Sales Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering educational programs that empower the sales team to achieve and exceed their sales targets. This role is a key driver in fostering a culture of continuous learning by providing comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between *product knowledge* and *effective sales methodologies*, ensuring the team is well-equipped to articulate value and navigate the sales cycle with confidence.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* *Training Program Design & Development:*

* Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for improvement within the sales team.

* Design and create comprehensive training curricula for both new hires and ongoing development, including presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.

* Develop a structured program on the company's established *sales process* and methodology, from prospecting to closing.

* Design and deliver in-depth training on all company products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.

* Integrate training on crucial *soft skills* such as active listening, empathy, and professional communication.

* Create modules on *client handling*, including managing client expectations and building long-term relationships.

* Develop training on *objection handling* techniques and strategies.

* Build and maintain a knowledge base of *Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)* for common client inquiries and challenges.

* *Training Delivery & Coaching:*

* Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions in various formats (e.g., in-person workshops, virtual classes, one-on-one coaching).

* Lead new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and rapid ramp-up for new sales representatives.

* Conduct *mock calls/chats* to simulate real-world scenarios and provide immediate feedback to refine sales techniques.

* Provide one-on-one coaching and personalized feedback to help sales reps master both *product knowledge* and the *sales process*.

* *Performance Evaluation & Reporting:*

* Assess the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring sales performance data, analyzing key metrics (e.g., close rates, average deal size), and collecting feedback from trainees and managers.

* Report on the impact of training initiatives to senior management, including ROI and recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Maintain accurate records of training materials and trainee progress.

* *Collaboration & Strategy:*

* Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to align training content with overall business objectives.

* Partner with sales managers to identify specific team needs and develop customized training solutions.

### *Qualifications & Skills*

* *Education:*

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Professional certifications in sales training are a plus.

* *Experience:*

* Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or a similar role.

* Strong background in sales, with a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to demonstrate a product.

* Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).

* *Skills:*

* *Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills:* The ability to convey complex information clearly and deliver engaging presentations.

* *Coaching and Mentoring Abilities:* A natural aptitude for motivating, inspiring, and guiding individuals to reach their full potential.

* *Product Expertise:* The ability to quickly become a subject matter expert on a product or service and translate complex information into an easy-to-understand format.

* *Process Management:* A strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to teach and reinforce a structured sales process.

* *Emotional Intelligence:* The ability to understand and manage one's own emotions, as well as perceive and influence the emotions of others, which is vital for teaching *soft skills*.

* *Analytical Skills:* The capacity to analyze performance data and use metrics to measure training effectiveness.

* *Adaptability:* The willingness to adjust training methods to suit different learning styles and evolving business needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
