We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Social Media Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing and a proven track record of building brand presence, fostering community engagement, and driving business growth through various social platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across social media channels.
• Oversee community management, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and performance optimization.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to provide in-depth performance reports and actionable insights.
• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and coordinated campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing and growing social media accounts for a business.
• Expert-level knowledge of all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications: B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Tech/B.E, M.C.A, M.B.A/PGDM.
